I must not have explained this well enough.
Think of it like this:
If they didn't list parks by the state and
just listed 2,000 dogparks in alphabetical
order from all over the country, you can
probably imagine how hard it would be
for someone to find their local dogpark, right ?
Well in large states with many dogparks, when
you ignore the county, this creates a very
similar problem.
That's as simple as I can make it
and I can't spend any more time on this.
