Description

This list is set up for anyone who loves to do performance events–obedience, agility, Flyball, Tracking water sports with Boston Terriers.

It's a place for BT training sharing training tips, stories brags with other owners.

It’s our intention to promote activities with safety in mind to introduce folks to different ways to have fun with your Boston.

Share our successes cry about our losses.

Gerald Grasso has owned Boston Terriers his entire life. He and his wife Patty (45 years together!)attend every training class and trial together as a team with their dogs.

He became interested in agility with his dog, Dylan in 1999. He is Gerald’s Novice A dog that went all the way to a MACH. Dylan was a product of two purebred Boston’s but, did not come with AKC registration papers. Nelliebelle came several years later as a rescue from a bad ranch situation.

The Grasso’s rescued another BT from a no-kill shelter, Daisy, who had been found along a very busy highway. Gerald’s current agility partner is Wyre. He is the first “pedigreed” Boston that he and his wife have owned.

The Grasso’s have had to help their rescue dogs overcome several life threatening illnesses and significant behavior issues (caused from their pre-rescued lives) during their agility journeys. They not only successfully overcame this but, Nelliebelle and Dylan have earned their MACH’s along the way.

Both Nelliebelle and Dylan have been top ranked dogs during their career’s earning AKC National Agility qualifications and AKC Agility Invitationals. The Grasso’s have clearly demonstrated that rescued Boston Terrier’s can become well trained, successful competition partners and family members.
