I'm so sorry to hear that Carol. You have my deepest sympathy. 17 years is quite an age for a cat to live to so she had a long life. I saw her picture and she was a beautiful cat.
Best wishes,
Steve

This is the hardest email I have had to write for a while :-((At 7.25 this evening our dear old lady of 17 years of age, Cleo, was eased gently out of further pain and into a new world the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. We are devastated, even though we knew our time left together was limited she seemd to have rallied round and, for a few days, was eating well. We had real hopes of her recovering a bit. Our hopes were dashed today when she went into total organ failure. Mandy very kindly came to the house to end her suffering, to save her the journey to the vets that she had so come to hate these last few months.Cleo was a sweet natured cat who got on with her life and bothered no one. For a cat who many people hardly even saw, or noticed, she leaves an enormous gap, totally out of proportion to her small size. If anyone would like to see her she is at the bottom of the Rainbow Bridge page on Raffles' site (link below).Rest in peace gentle one and rejoice in your new, pain free life.Carolcarolw@...
