You can use any of the multiple interchangeable blades sold by Oster, Andes, Double-K, etc. For cats you will need a 10 blade. Anything bigger could pinch...

I bathe my kittens and adults the EXACT same way for show bathes. It IS quicker, I think, w/ a kitten than an adult because an adult has a larger area to wash...

Sometimes Goop can be too harsh on the young coat, you might want to try Grease Magic.  It rinses out like it was never there and ads volume to a long coated...
