Description
A place for East Central Illinois aquarium hobbyists interested in tropical fish, natives, marine/reef, planted tanks, ponds and all aquatic life to interact and share knowledge. Welcome to all who wish to have a chance to interact with other hobbyists from this region.
MEETING PLACE:
We meet in room 1125 Plant Sciences Laboratory, 1201 S. Dorner Drive Urbana, IL 61801. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and will remain open until 7:00. Enter through the eastern most door on the north side of the building. Meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.
AUCTIONS
CAFE holds two auctions a year. They are in January and July. They are held at the Urbana Civic Center 108 Water Street, Urbana, IL 61801

WATER ALERT - BREAK POINT CHLORINATION
IL American Water Co. will be boosting the clorine content of its water from October 29,2009 - January 18,2010. Please be careful during this time and treat your water for clorine/cloramine accordingly(2-3 times normal rate).
