ChinMail is open to pet owners and breeders. The intent of ChinMail is to promote the open discussion of all aspects of Chinchilla husbandry, including housing, feeding, veterinary care, medication, grooming, handling, sale/purchase/adoption, behaviour and breeding. Respectful, polite discourse is expected. No flaming or spamming will be permitted. The "No Flaming" rule is not intended to inhibit "responsible free speech" but rather to emphasize the need to act responsibly. Responsible Free Speech means that we should act like adults and to treat each other with politeness and respect. Failure to keep the discussion polite, respectful and suitable for family viewing will result in specific ChinMail members becoming moderated or suspended.

Members may make only one [1] commercial advertising post for Chinchilla products per month. It must be posted only during the first [1st] calendar week of the month. Posts indicating the availability of pet chinchillas may be made at any time.
