Greetings My name is Cloie Corey and I have just opened an Exotic Bird rescue in the greater Jacksonville Florida area . Cloie's Bird Haven . We take in unwanted exotic birds resocialize and rehabilitate them if nessisary , and adopt them out to qualified bird owners . We accept , Macaws , Cockatoos , and all types of Parrots . If you are moving , had life changes due to job or family matters or for any other reason, PLEASE consider placing your beloved bird with us . If you are not sure if you're ready to part with your beloved companion we board birds also Pet birds that have gone to breeders or sold to secondary owners may not get the love or care you have given your bird . Many of thes birds end up abused mistreated and neglected .Like our Cockatoo precious , she was a beloved pet for 15 years , she was given to a breeder who promised her a wonderful life , her wonderful life consisted of being in a cage with a bird that bit off all her toes and since she kept trying to escape , the breeder cut her wings of so she can no longer fly .
