Jos Mottershead, of Equine-Reproduction.com will be lecturing on
equine reproduction. Well respected in the horse industry, Jos
offers assistance to breeders and veterinarians through the
informative website, http://www.equine-reproduction.com, as well as
through the email discussion list, EquineRepro@...
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EquineRepro/
With an incredible working knowledge of equine reproduction, he is a
wealth of information that both the first time breeder and the
equine professional will appreciate. Jos stays educated on the most
current technology, trends and products, making him a great asset to
anyone wishing to stay up to date on available breeding information.
Each two-day course will be intensive and cover a wide variety of
topics that the equine breeder will find useful and which will guide
them towards having a more successful breeding season. The courses
expose breeders to traditional breeding methods and practices, newer
ideas and technologies available to the industry, as well as
presenting some interesting alternatives to more conventional
methods of horse breeding. For example - there are photos on the web
site showing how to ground collect a stallion for artificial
insemination http://www.equine-
reproduction.com/courses/completed.shtml
Each participant receives a set of course notes that are themselves
a valuable reference. You will find yourself referring to them time
and again when you have a question about breeding and/or
reproduction!
The course cost is $250.00, but as noted above, if you enroll by
July 15th, 2003, the Summer special rate of $175.00 will apply!
Class size is limited to 35, so enroll earlier!
While in the above locations, we are also happy to offer mobile
semen freezing, on-farm breeding program evaluations, stallion
training for ground collection or phantom collection, and assistance
in setting up cooled or frozen transported semen programs.
We realize how difficult it can be to stay current with the latest
information and are pleased to be able to offer you this
opportunity! Please visit the website at http://www.equine-
reproduction.com/courses/seminars.shtml for more seminar
information. If you or a friend may be interested in attending one
of the seminars, please e-mail me your/their snail mail address and
I will be pleased to forward a brochure and registration
application - and, if you have any other questions, please don't
hesitate to contact me!
Please check out the website for information on equine reproduction
at http://www.equine-reproduction.com - there are numerous articles
on a variety of topics. If you have a reproduction question, use the
form on the site to join the worlds largest equine reproduction e-
mail discussion list EquineRepro@yahoogroups.com
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EquineRepro/
which is moderated by Jos Mottershead. You can then post your
question where you will have access to a large number of breeders
and several veterinarians as well as Jos, enabling you to receive
concise and informative answers, and participate in the discussions
yourself!
We look forward to seeing you at one of the seminars! And, if we
don't see you at one of our seminars, we hope that you find our
website informative, educational and helpful in your breeding
endeavors.
Kindest regards,
Kathy Mann-St.Martin
