Our Chihuahuas are 100 percent guaranteed against physical and genetic problems. Our Chihuahuas are AKC registered. We have been inspected and approved by AKC. De Landas Chihuahuas are sold with the right of first refusal and/or with a pet neuter/spay contract.

De Landas Chihuahuas are confident, happy, well mannered, and well socialized puppies. Our Chihuahuas have a wonderful temperament and disposition because our puppies are raised with family so they are exposed to everyday life, are loved and taken cared off like a family member and not like in big commercial kennels or puppy mills where no personal contact happens at all. We at de Landas Chihuahuas want the very best for our little puppies and therefore need to know about you and if you can take care of a de Landas Chihuahua puppy.
