Kimiko is taking our new kitten all wrong. He has a blanket and bed
that yes, I switch their scents, but so far it isn't working and
Kimiko seems to be getting aggressive over the fact that there is a
kitten in the even in the house. She sits at his door and growls for
hours on end! Every time the bathroom door is open, she runs in,
hisses and leaves. Trust me, she is really fast too! None of these
things really concern or bother me. The fact that she hisses, growls
and has even bitten ME after I have petted or held him DOES concern me
though! (She didn't see me petting him, but I think she smells him on
me.) Kimiko used to be very sweet and loving and always willing to give kisses. She still gets plenty of attention when she is willing to put up with it. Kimiko is 6 months old and gets along with the other cats fine, well except for Kianna, bit no one except her brother likes Kianna.
Kameron is very shy and I'm worried about making it worse by keeping
him in the bathroom. He does get to go in my room for a few hours in
the morning and a few hours at night, but he mostly hides. He has
really taken a liking to our Siamese, Mew, who seems to be playing
mother to him! (I caught him trying to nurse yesterday!) Though he
has briefly seen the other cats, who immediately hissed at him, he
does not respond to them in any way at all, no growling or hissing or
even meowing back. Kameron is almost 5 months old. For the groups that can veiw pictures, here are some of Kameron and 1 of Kimiko.
