To All Dog Lovers,

I had started this forum hopefully to get the government to agree with setting up off-leash areas for our dogs. I was passing by Belltown, Seattle today and was amazed to see that there was a fantastic dog park around the corner of a busy cross street. Inside were facilities for dogs as well as ¡§poop bags¡¨ available for disposal of your dog¡¦s mess. And I thought we should definitely fight for the same rights in Hong Kong.

As a dog lover and a dog owner myself, I believe it is necessary for my dog to have a normal social life as well as having a place for him to ¡§chill out¡¨ with other dogs. I guess everyone of us dog owners would dream to have such a facilities for our favorite pet.
I am hoping I can gather enough votes from you to help me out with this process. Please spread the words and have friends and other dog owners in Hong Kong join this forum, so as soon as we get a sufficient amount of members, I will eventually gather information, write a petition letter for the government and try to get help from different organizations in Hong Kong as well as support from Pet shops, Vets, etc. Please help me make this dream come true by giving me feedback / Advices as to having a Dog Park¡¦s Benefit, regulations.
