Desert Duns Association is working for the preservation and promotion of the Spanish Dun Factor Mustangs and formerly wild horses from the 10 Western USA HMAs. Dun Factor horses are compact in size, 13-15 hh, agile and they are remarkably hardy animals. The Dun Factor horses are unique and are a part of American History.

We have breed clubs listed on the LINKS page, a message board, photo albums, characteristics of the Primitive Striped horses shown on the related link. We would like to invite you all to post about your DUN FACTOR horse on our message board and start an photo album of your horse. We would also like to know where you are located, just your state is okay. If you belong to a breed club, please post that info under LINKS. If you have a dun factor horse forsale, you post that info too. We try to keep the Adoptions and shows updated on the Calendar, if you know of one, please add it.
