That is way cool. Never thought of black oil sunflower seeds. I will try that as it seems that would be a lot easier and CHEAPER than even oil. I love this...
Another good source is linseed bran. There is oil too, but if you want a dry source, you can get this through some mills. My feed mill adds it to my grain mix....
