Hi all -

Just a reminder that early registration for the ESP annual meeting ends
this Friday October 17. Regular registration continues through Monday
November 3. We have limited ability to add people for meals or lodging
after November 3. This is because all snacks and meals for meetings
held at Kings Gap must be provided through their food service, and they
requested two weeks notice of how many meals will be needed. You are
welcome to come to the meeting Friday and/or Saturday for the day
without registering ahead of time. If you do, please bring your own
food and be aware that you will not be able to join the group for
meals. I appreciate your cooperation, and look forward to seeing you
at the meeting next month! Betsy
