Subject: ESP Collecting Trip

Hi all,

For those coming to our collection/camping trip this weekend, please be prepared
for the following:

Cabins: there will be electricity, but it's always good to bring your own light
as a backup; also, remember that there are spring bed frames in the cabins, but
no mattresses, so bring your sleeping pads/air mattresses and something to
protect them from the potential puncture.

We cannot pitch tents in the cabin area, you will have to get a camp site from
the park office when you get there (just go to the park office with the number
of the camp site and you can make payment there - remember, the cabins are FREE)

The facilities at Group Camp 1 (where we are staying) include: a bath/shower
house, kitchen and mess hall, fire pit and picnic tables and our cabins. The
electricity is free, but we should be mindful of our usage - you know, as if you
were camping.
Our group meal will be Saturday lunch - I'm bringing the meat (burgers and
dogs), the rest is open-ended. Bring your favorite salads, chips, dessert, (ice
cream, Kevin?) to share at this meal! All other meals are on your own.
The swimming area is open to swimming, but there are no life guards. Swim at
your own risk!

Remember, we will be providing a display box for the park environmental center.
Try to keep this in mind as you are enjoying your personal collecting and snag a
few pretty things for the box!

I look forward to seeing you all there this weekend (let's hope the weather
holds)!
