Originally this list was to discuss all types of equine massage(the therapeutic application of hands-on techniques for the purpose of increasing circulation, range of motion, relieving tension, enhancing muscle tone, as well as improving the horse’s stamina, receptiveness to training, and over all performance) and other complementary therapies. We discuss aspects such as the saddle, hoof and diet also affect our horse's muscle health.
Our discussions may include regular equine massage, TTEAM, Reiki, kinesiology, homoeopathy, herbal, aromatherapy, bio-mechanics, the skeleton, diet and our love of horses and how they enhance our daily lives.
We are not here to offer veterinary advice, and in no way are you to use this list as a substitute. Any information obtained from the list should always be checked with your own practitioners who are able to assess your horse's needs in person.
This is a friendly group and we have fun with our horses while learning more about their well-being.
We are also a nice sounding board for new therapists learning the delights of working with clients and their horses
This group is dedicated to information exchange. Blatant Post weeks are made available at regular intervals, however joining the list with the sole purpose of promoting a product is considered offensive and you will be unsubscribed.
We like to enjoy our exploration of the horse and occassionally have competitions to share our experiences. Some of them are posted to share with you:
