The Eastern Region Andalusian Horse Club was founded in 1992 by a small group of people who shared a vision. Their objectives were to give Andalusian and Lusitano enthusiasts a place to meet, a place to learn, and a place to share their love and experiences with like-minded people who had a love for these horses and a desire to preserve the heritage of the two most noble breeds in the world.
Today, ERAHC has well over 100 members. We remain dedicated to the founding principles. Our foremost goal is to educate both members and the general public of the breed's standards, its rich history, and the beautiful traditions that have kept it what it is throughout the centuries.
This list is intended to be driven by its members, and will serve as an informational resource as well as a place to share stories, experiences, and plans for new ERAHC club events. Please keep in mind, while club improvement ideas are welcome, our objectives are generated soley by the efforts of dedicated volunteers, who unfortunately are not nearly as plentiful as our ideas! No flaming or open criticism will be tolerated. Please keep posts on topic, and no forwarded messages will be approved. We hope you will utilize this resource to stay better connected with fellow ERAHC members throughout the year, as that is our main goal. Enjoy!!!
