Hello Fellow Farriers,

This newsletter is going to be short, because
we're preparing to leave for the Bluegrass Laminitis
Symposium in Louisville, and then go straight to the
AFA Convention in Lexington.

The Farrier & Hoofcare Resource Center will have a
booth at both functions, and we hope you'll drop by and
see us. At the BLS we'll be giving away a pair of top
quality shoeing chaps, and at the AFA Convention we'll
be giving away a color printer. Stop by and find out
how to win.

We'll leave you with a few thoughts:

- If you have a few minutes once or twice a week,
stop by the bulletin boards and share your knowledge
and experience with others. It's a great way to help
people, all over the world.

- The Farriers Relief fund was established last year,
and honestly, with all the other stuff going on in
The Resource Center, it's sort of been neglected. But
it shouldn't be, because it could serve a very useful
purpose if the funds were there. No one likes to think
about getting injured, but it could happen to you, and
the fund could help. Please give some thought to
committing yourself to only $10 per month, if you can
see your way to it. (Sign up for the automatic credit
card deduction, and you won't even have to remember to
do it.) If every farrier who visits The Resource Center
donated only $10 per month, we'd have tens of thousands
of dollars a month available to help farriers in need.
