It is my unfortunate duty to convey the news that
Burney Chapman has passed away. These are the details
I know of at the moment:

The Funeral will be held at:
Rix Funeral Home, 1901 Broadway, Lubbock, Texas 79401

Date: Monday, November 15, in the morning

Services Monday morning at the First United Methodist
Church, 1414 Broadway, Lubbock, Texas.

Arrangements have been made with the Holiday Inn -
Civic Center location, to provide persons attending
the funeral from out of town, to receive a preferred
rate. The reservation phone number is: 806-763-1200.

The family has requested that donations be sent to the
Burney Chapman fund, care of the American Farriers
Association.
