Hi Pat

I have no experience of feline endocarditis but my husband had this and he
recovered with antibiotics, although it did take some time. I have heard it
can be caused by Bartonella, but I suppose any bacteria can be responsible
if it reaches the heart. If they have an antibiotic which works then she
should respond soon.
