You have to have a health certificate to fly your dog now. The biggest problem isn't health it is finding a time of year when the airlines will fly the dog....
That's what I have been hearing. It just seems strange that the views on shipping dogs has come so far in the last few years. I'm not sure about current rescue...
We have flown dogs for years all over the country and overseas and have never had a major problem. We use Cleveland airport a major Contiental and NW hub....
