The fila wasn't bred to be a social dog..... not a breed of dog to be out galivanting out in public......If you want a dog that you can take out in public...
the dogs shouldn't be maniacal and lunging, nor should they be friendly...i walk my dogs off-lead on my property and they will all return to me on ...
