oh yeah, it SO stinks of spam. he would likely ask you for money to cover this
or that aspect of adoption...not as grand a scale as the ones who will share
their seven million dollars with you if you will just send them a five hundred
dollar money order to show your good faith, but yeah, sounds spam-ish.
