Incidence extrapolations for USA for Salmonella food poisoning:
1,400,000 per year, 116,666 per month, 26,923 per week, 3,835 per
day, 159 per hour, 2 per minute, 0 per second. Note: this
extrapolation calculation uses the incidence statistic: estimated 1.4
million cases (CDC estimate/NIAID, many unreported)
Undiagnosed prevalence of Salmonella food poisoning: up to 1.4
million cases (CDC/NAID); estimated that only 2% of cases are
reported to CDC
of those 50 ... a third of what happens in the US every hour was some
linked to frogs...
this sounds like a totally fake article... do frogs even have
salmonella? Reptiles... birds... yes.

here is the true story. Breeder in California may have Salmonella in
their frogs... and now there's a bunch of parents, that already
believed that animals and nature are dangerous... now they'll be so
much more crazy...
