FURRY has its 501(c)3 status and we're open for business. We are holding adoption days at local area PetSmarts and we take in unwanted ferrets from individuals and animal control facilities. FURRY is in the process of coming up with fundraising events, adoption days, and needs your support.

Often purchased on impulse, or without prior knowledge of ferret care or needs, many are given to area humane societies or shelters who do not have the ability to handle them. Please join our community of people who care about the fate of these amazing animals. We need your involvement. Volunteer, donate or give a word of encouragement.
This group is for both discussion about the shelter, and for fellowship for the ferret community. We are here to support each other.
