Welcome to the Hillcrest Dog Park Group.

This is a place for people who take their dogs to Hillcrest Dog Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan to meet, talk about their dogs, plan to meet at the park, etc.

Do you find yourself saying I know that dog's name is Kirby, but I have no clue what his owner's name is. Well this is a great place to put a name with a face. By the way, I own Kirby and I'm Greg or ShadowGWM.

Many times I've beeen down to the park and said, "I'd sure like to know when you're going to be here again because my dog and your dog play so well." Well this is the place to do just that.

NO BASHING PEOPLE HERE! If you have a problem with someone at the park, tell them or email them. Bashing will not be tolerated!

The only exception to this is let's say Joe brings his dog Bill to the park. Bill attacks someone else's dog resulting in that dog being seriously hurt. Joe totally ignores that his dog hurt another and doesn't take responsibility. It would then be okay to warn others about Joe and his dog Bill. It shouldn't become a negative bashing session though. We've had this situation take place. It allowed all of us to work together to watch for the dog's owner.
