    This month is save an animal month, and October 16, is National Cat Feral Day.  HPH is your working organizaton of volunteers who support better treatment for all animals including Trap-Neuter- Return & Manage of cat colonies.  Please see the attachment explaining what is called "Vacuum Effect", explaining that rounding up animals to kill  is not a long term solution, and ecconomically  more costly.
