HPR is a 501C3 non-profit disaster relief organization intended to help pets pet owners when Mother Nature strikes, for instance a Hurricane! Besides being disaster relief, we also do regular day to day rescue and we save hundreds of animals a year from shelters around the Nation. We offer shelter and care for homeless disaster relief and non disaster relief animals,through a network of rescue and foster homes.HPR is comprised of a small group of private individuals,committed to the lives of the animals we save.
