Ryan Murphy was a lifetime Rogers resident, Mounties football star and dog lover. He was a board member of Paws for a Good Cause. He worked with Paws for a Good Cause on developing a dog park in Rogers, prior to his succumbing to colon cancer in 2004 at age 27. Murphy dog park opened the summer of 2005 and is a joint venture between the Humane Society for Animals and Paws for a Good Cause. For more information check out www.rmdp.org.
This group was established to allow members and friends of Murphy dog park to communicate with each other, share pictures and stories and plan dog park activities together. Any dog lover is welcome to join.
