Hi Gilda,
Mountain View's dogpark has a separate section for small dogs. Take 101
north and get off at the Shoreline exit. Head east on Shoreline Blvd.
to Shoreline Park. It will be on your right just before the main
entrance.
Hope this helps!

Subject: [mvdogpark] Help with DogPark for small dog
Hi: I've got 2 cool dachshunds, and they love to run and play. One
of
my guys is recovering from hind leg paralysis -- he's walking and
running, but not 100% yet, AND he's a little skiddish around big dogs,
especially a pile of them. We've gone to the Los Palmas park in
sunnyvale, which is nice, but there's always so many big kidzz
frolicing around (not all the humans pay attention to their aggressive
kidzz), so I end up having to hold him. (My other guy thinks and acts
like he's big, and he doesn't have the same fears.).
Question: Does anyone know of a park for small dogs? and/or, any
suggestions on how I can help my frightened boy get better integrated
into the BigKidzz group?
Thanks much.
