St Thomas designation of St Croix sheep. I guess, St Croix really has
to do with the all white color/non pattern found on sheep of that
area. Anything colored from these animals is eligible for St Thomas
designation.

Wondering, how much 'extra' color is found with the St Croix registered
in the US at this time? If it is colored, does it get to stay reg. St
Croix or is that the reason the St Thomas registry was established?
And are they actually, one and the same breed, just divided due to
color?
