Hiya.
The spring PugNic is coming this Sunday, May 28th, from 10 am 'til
noion, at the fenced dog yard in Lansdowne Park, Ottawa.

We will be there...UNLESS...it is raining.
I mean - raining. Not "predicted", but rain falling down.
As it did last fall.
We will not ask anyone to come out in that kind of weather again.
And if it starts to rain - real rain - during the first half of the
PugNic, we will likely call an end to it at that time.

So - we are setting a Raindate in advance this time.
The date we will meet if we are rained-out this Sunday will be the
following Sunday, the first Sunday in June.

Hopefully all this green-making rain we've been having in Ottawa for
the past...11 days!...will be finished by this coming PugNic Sunday.

Also - we hope to aid BARK this time around - selling their blue
wrist bands to support their work with rescue dogs.
BARK = Bytown Association of Rescued Kanines.
Their wrist bands are $4, all of which goes to BARK, who were highly
featured in the news last year when they brought many Hurricane
Katrina dogs to Ottawa.
You can still donate to Friends of Abandoned Pets if you wish; we
will collect on their behalf too.

(I will announce here next Sunday if we are having the Raindate, or
not.)

See you this coming (fair weather) Sunday - I hope!
