Got in touch with my brother. Vicki's heart is enlarged and something else that
he was vague about. All the result of smoking and obesity. So she has to go
on a diet and quit smoking.
She has other pre exsisting health problems too. Not very healthy for a woman
still so young.

My dh's long term assignment ended yesterday. They were sending him all over
the place. He was down in near Compton (bad part of LA) on Monday. He does not
have a lot patience for navigating. When we were in the AF it was job to learn
my way around the new town. He is familiar with our county, but not LA.

Anyway I was feeling down so I went outside in my garden and took pictures of
roses.

Gas price hikes are triggered by refineries going off line due to fires and
mechanical failure How is drilling in Alaska going to cause more oil to be
refined if the refineries are doing all they can do now?
