What vacuum cleaner would you recommend to take care of a flea
problem? I'm looking for machines in the $50 - 100 range, for my
brother the starving-artist college student. (It's his cat that has
the fleas - not him.)

I am forcing him to get and use a vacuum cleaner before I will take
him and kitty to the vet again for more wormer. It's pretty awful to
keep medicating the animal and to not fix the environmental problem.

Bags or bagless? Upright or canister vac?
New from Walmart, or used from a vacuum shop?
