This group is no different than any other club or organization that meets in person and should be treated as such.

It is made up of people from all walks of life who share a common interest/goal that binds them together. We are able to share, ask questions, laugh and cry without any fear of admonishment or ridicule, i.e., NO FLAMES. It is for the open exchange of thoughts and ideas and through this dissemination we should all leave with something more than when we entered.

Our membership is made up of both hobbyists and breeders alike. We do not distinguish because we all share a common purpose. We must always be eager to welcome new members and the uninitiated. No question is dumb and no matter how experienced we become we should never tire of answering the most basic of questions.

Hopefully when the day is done, in our own small way we will have furthered the efforts of parrot conservation as well as improving the quality of life and treatment of these fascinating creatures both domestically and in the wild.
