This purpose of this group is to unite pug lovers from all over. We are a friendly, informal group - the purpose of the list is to make friends, network and share info and resources. This group is open to any and all pug lovers, however we tend to focus on the west coast - we meet at pugfests, meet ups, and social events. Everyone is welcome, though. This group will also address general animal rights/welfare issues. We welcome all folks involved in rescue to join us - we will be happy to assist with rescue and transport efforts. Off topic posts - jokes, etc are fine, heated discussions are fine as long as everyone is civil and respectful. Spammers will not be tolerated - if you spam the list, you will be banned. Flaming is also not tolerated. Most new members are placed on moderated status until we are sure that they are "real" members. Do not join this list looking to breed your pug - we oppose back yard breeders and puppy mills. Although we promote spay and neuter, responsible breeders are welcome to join us!
