In my experience I kept the females together. They never hurt each
other. If they are fighting though it would be best to seperate
them, of course. Make sure mom has plenty of protien and try
putting something soft for her to make a nest with. Avoid cotton
and anything stringy to be on the safe side. I gave mine paper
towels and toilet paper. Plus Carefresh bedding which is kinda
soft. Make sure you seperate the males from the females around 4
weeks old (don't want anymore babies). If you cage has bars make
sure the spacing is very small, don't want a baby to fall through or
get hung. A tank would be good to keep the mother and babies in if
possible. Also try to hold the babies a little bit everyday. Might
want to wait a couple days for the mom to calm down a bit though.
If you need anything feel free to post it or mail me. Congrats on
the babies!
