Yes, there are - you can find 'em at places/sites selling aquarium and/or herp
supplies, I've not looked lately, but they did strike me as rather pricey - tho'
my current collection is pretty hardy and comfortable at room temperatures.

Subject: [R Ibit Phrog] Grow A Frog aquatic frogs and tank heaters
I was over at the Grow A Frog site reading their testimonials and the
stories were cute. The African aquatic frogs sound very special. It
might be fun to have some but I like outdoor arrangements and the local
residents because they don't have to stay in a tank indoors for the
rest of their lives.
I had tropical fish years ago and when the power went out for a few
days I lost the fish due to the heater failure. So any species that
needs a constant temperature, like a tropical frog or fish would be out
for me since I live in an area that has occasional power outages.
I wonder if there are any backup power sources for heaters that rely on
battery power or solar for people who are concerned about that sort of
thing.
