The Salt Lake Koi Club is a very friendly, outgoing club formed in August of 2003 with one mission in mind, to share the joys of koi ponding. From Koi selection and health to pond design, construction, filtration and maintenance, we share our knowledge and experiences. The Salt Lake Koi Club is a member of the Associated Koi Clubs of America.

We routinely address seasonal challenges and we strive to stay up on the latest medications and treatments. We always welcome new members and guests. Feel free to attend one of our meetings to get to know the group before making your decision to join. The Salt Lake Koi Club meets the second Wednesday of every month (except December) at a member’s home and we look forward to meeting pondside when the weather permits.

A club newsletter is posted on the webpage and a notice is emailed to clubmembers approximately the first week of every month. It contains: club updates; directions to, or the contact person for, the next club meeting; and informative articles. The club is also compiling a sizeable library on koi and pond topics which is available to club members.
