Due to certain life changes, I've found that my amount of online time, as well as priorities, have changed. With my daughter and her beautiful newborn back in our home, my duties as guardian to my mother, some physical issues that have changed my brain, my life and my priorities, etc., I'm realizing that it's time to move on. Of necessity, my online time has diminished over these last months as my real life has expanded to fill it.
This is a good thing :). I've been with many of the yahoogroups for quite a few years, and I will miss the people that make them up. But God is blessing me greatly and I am excited about what He has in store, as He continues to reveal His plans for me!
What time I do spend at the computer (that isn't work-related), I use Facebook and Twitter. They don't take up much time, I can check in and check out quickly, yet still keep in touch with family and friends. And I will still continue with just a couple of the bird-related groups, such as my own Natural Parrot group. I'm certainly just as passionate about my birds as I always was, as I'm spending more time WITH them and less time writing ABOUT them!
I'll be unsubbing as soon as I send this, so no need to clutter the list with "don't let the door hit you..." notes - lol!
Thanks for understanding, I know I will still be in touch with the friends I've made over the years and to the rest, God bless you abundantly :).
