At the SPCA dogs must be one year old to start agility. I think this is both due to growing bones and attention span. :-) With some breeds it is recommended...

Too early to start agility. Wait until his bone growth is finished. Talk to your vet, but I wouldn't start him before a year, or even 18 months to be safe....
