Yay!!!

Yes, we'll be there.... we'll be doing some microchipping, courtesy of Dr Mark Madden, DVM.  Cost of $15 includes the chip insertion AND REGISTRATION into the microchip database.  We do that registration for you, so there is no having to remember to fill in and mail off those pesky forms!  The company we use will keep your details on their database.  After one year there is a $9.95 charge to be able to update that record if you move, phone numbers change etc.  It's a chip that can be read by all universal chip readers and is fast growing in popularity (especially with shelters and rescues, and even my local vet in Fremont and Cindy's in Salinas).

ALSO, we are launching our doggie fleece coats!  These come in all sizes from XS to Large, with pricing from $12 to $22.   A large variety of patterns and colors.  As our nights get colder (and our days, eventually!) our short-haired friends of all breeds will appreciate these fashionable jackets.  If you're not going to be at Bark in the Park, you can buy online on our Rescue website - http://ggbassetrescue.org/shop/category?CategoryID=408.  The coats are made for us by Dr Madden's wife, Fran and we can't thank them enough for their assistance in raising funds for the rescue!

Hope to see lots of you at Bark in the Park!
