Southern Pugs and Their People” is a forum created by Alabama Pug Rescue and Adoption, Inc. for just that – Southern Pugs and their People!!! Our intention is to hold hands (and paws) with Pug enthusiasts in our region to promote responsible Pug (and pet) ownership, and to promote spay and neuter.

“SPP” exists to organize monthly “meet-ups,” provide education about the latest in Pug health and care, share happy (and sad) stories, promote fundraising ideas and events in our region, and always to share advise with new Pug owners.

This forum in no way supports the breeding or sale of Pugs. Anyone with information regarding the need to rescue or rehome a Pug should contact pugsrescued@aol.com through private e-mail and an appropriate referral will be made. Those in need of rescue will not be discussed publicly. Any posts that may directly or indirectly result in irresponsible rescue or rehoming will be immediately deleted.
