Thanks Kim and I know she knows that "things happen" but to get a call at a
campout over 5 hours from home...that has to be just the worst...this horse, as
I understand it, was alone, as she and her hubby took the other two on the
camping trip...so I am thinking that being alone and also being very young
(around 2 I think)...it was just tragic...I know I wouldn't want to get that
call...very sad and the jerk(I say that in that #1, he was a kid, and #2 he was
running off at the mouth and cussing and threatening...he didn't have any major
injuries..as he was back out this morning taking pics of her place...) that hit
the horse..is probably gonna sue...fences were fine and intact...but the horse
jumped...DPS officer said...owner's responsibility...very very sad...

fire works/firearms when they are young, however if a group gets to running then
it is really out of your hands and no matter what training/desensitizing you
have done really has no merit. In other words it can happen to anyone at
anytime for no particular reason.

dry at our place still). Maybe they knew I just walked through them and it was
okay... who knows.
