definitely as mentioned if they are syrian they need to be separated no matter what sex they are. if they are dwarf, it's not a good idea to keep breeding them...

first off do not buy hartz brand cages. they are CRAPPY cages. they may look cool, but they fall apart, don't stay connected, wheel doesn't work right, ETC...

Are they syrian or dwarf hamsters? If they are syrian, they need to be separated. Not only because you will get more babies, but syrians are solitary animals...

I would just separate them to be safe. They will get use to it and enjoy having cages to themselves. You haven't told us if they are syrian or dwarf...
