About 5 months ago I rescued the cutest 7 week old dal....yes, sadly
a 7 week old dal needed rescuing :-(...anyway, I found her (Aspen) a
great home with a mommy (cheryl), a 7 year old dal brother (luke)
and a 3 year old lab/chow sister (maya). Well, about 3 weeks ago,
Maya started picking fights with Aspen. So Aspen's mom call a
behaviorist, and two days before she came over Maya laid into Aspen
so badly that she had to go the the vet. Cheryl has been keeping
them apart, but maya so badly wanted to get a Aspen that she blew
past the 'kid gate' when cheryl was going thru. well the behaviorist
meet with the dogs and told her that maya was trying to be doninate,
and was just pushing it to far, not knowing when to give it up. So
for the safety of Aspen she is rehoming her. So...Aspen in about 7
months old now, has graduated Puppy class, will sit for dinner and
treats without being told, is crate trained, but likes to sleep in
