Josie is a beautiful and smart girl.  She is giving Shadow a new life, and she is learning dog responsibility.  4H kids are great!

Sorry this is a little late in coming, but several of you here helped my 9 year old daughter write an article for her homeschool co-op newspaper. Here is a copy of the article and a picture of Josie and her Weim, Shadow. Shadow is coming along nicely for the County Fair. He can still be quite wild, but if we run with him before he does his obedience work and get out some of that energy he performs beautifully. Our 4h adviser says he is a born show dog and people are going to protest when we enter him into the extra competition for dogs rescued from the pound.
