Wow! What a difference in the weather. We had to
hook up the swamp cooler yesterday. The dogs were
looking at me panting like, "Can'you do something? And to
think, there was SNOW one day last week!!! Twister
Of course I didn't get offended. lol. Luis is a
busy-busy fellow, it's rare he and I get to talk..wonder if
he will have enough time to manage this club, talk
about how his "extended" kennel is coming along, and so
on?

Tasha
Boy did we have a scare today. My daughter came
by after work to get her pup Peanuts. She played on
the computer for a bit then we went looking for the
pup for twenty minutes. She wasn't in her moms bed in
my room (where she usually sleeps)Nor on the blanket
in my daughters old room. I went outside and called
and called. My daughter was literally in tears. She
was worried someone had taken the pup from the yard,
its only 10 weeks old and still goes to everybody.
This pup is more than just an animal to her, I'm sure
a lot of u can relate. She had just shut off the
computer and was on the phone dialing police when I opened
the closet door to her old room and guess whos little
head poked out from under a dresser in there? RIGHT! I
didn't think to look there in the first place because
shes never gone in there before, Its always closed.
And the opening she musta slid in wasn't no more than
2 inchs wide! Anyhow, we WILL keep a closer eye on
the little fart! Just thought I'd tell you all about
our day w/ the dogs. Twister
So. Are you pres. yet? I voted. LOL Tasha, I hope you didn't take offence. None
intended. I enjoy your repoirte!
BTW, Happy Beltaine! I know it's
early.
Cyndie and TP
Well, lets see...my 18 year old daughter brings
her female APBT puppy "Peanuts" to my house everyday
. I'm the babysitter, or I should say puppysitter.
She said geez mom, how'd you like to be alone
everyday. Peanuts was born February 11. She seems to be
having a lapse in her potty training. She was doing
excellent for awhile. Peanuts is out of my "Blue" dog and
Calli. Calli's pure Grapevine. I got Calli from Joe &
Ramona Kent in Needles CA. Calli's dad, Grapevine Cognac
died a couple years ago from something called "Valley
fever"? I'm not really sure what it is. I think her mom,
Grapevine "Sade" is still alive though. I got more dogs,
I'll talk about them later. Twister
Go to keyword Yahoo! and type in Diane Jessup.
Check out Diane Jessups information site on the
pitbull. It's the best!!! Go to her other sites too. It'll
keep u occupied all day. Fascinating information!

VOCAL, EH...I RESEMBLE THAT REMARK!
LOL.

to be completely honest, I was the one to push
him to make this club in the first place, and I am
now unexployed so have alot of spare time on my
hands...(won't be unemployed for long, but my love for pit bulls
and my enthusiasm for them will never fade away! He
knows it, ask him how often I have been inquiring about
a good UKC reg. Pit bull bitch! LOL. plus, well,
Luis is just one hell of a MAN, dogman or
otherwise.)

outspokenly,

Tasha
Luis, honey, it's Tasha. You probably just hit
the wrong tab. lol... She has been quite vocal,
here.
YOU GO, GIRL!!!!!!
This is a nice intimate club.
Thanks for keeping a conversation going.
Many of you
may know that I'd been on a search for another pit. I
didn't know if I wanted a pup or an adoptee. So, I
explored all avenues.
Sunday, while on PBRC site, I got
a call from a friend, saying that a local shelter
had a 3 yr. old, spayed female, in need of a home.
Even tho I'd been warned against getting another
female, I had to check her out.
What a sweety-pie!
Rescue lady gave me number of this dog's mom. When I
called for info/history, her mom turned out to be an old
friend that I hadn't seen in 6
years!!!!!!!!!!!!
After our phone-reunion, she was thrilled that her baby
would be a member of my family! I will take necessary
precautions, and if I detect any danger to my existing family,
rescue will take her back! I'd offered to foster her til
my friend could take her back. But, she didn't think
it would be fair, after I'd already fallen in
love!
Besides, I've now been reunited with an old friend, and
she can visit her baby whenever! Cyndie and TP
I want to thank my girl Sasha (AKA:travenwing)
for helping me out with the club. I might aswell make
her the President of my club. I would like to
encourage all of you to ivite more friends and post more
pictures and messages. Keep the pack moving. Thanks
everyone.
Just wanted to ask the other members of this club
about their pit bulls, what they are like,
bloodlines...abilities, attitudes and disposition.I know it is pushy, but
since Luis is a busy man...thought I would help keep it
active along with the other club
members......

Tasha Ravenscry
does your cousin have any more female pups from
that litter that was born early April? I am interested
in the runt after all..left my job and will have
more time on my hands.(Unless you think I should wait
for another female
pup.)

Tasha
travenwing@...
Just a thought...anyone whom wants to invite other Yahoo pit pals, pit bull
friends and enthusiasts...please feel free to. Hope Luis you don't mind me
suggesting that.

Tasha
Toro is ONE BEAUTIFUL dog!!!!! I from So. Cal
too. Moved to AZ in 89. I miss "home" so much. I got
my 1st APBT in Whittier. Thats what started me on
em. CA too FAST for me. I'm getting old. Bummer!
Twister
hey there big guy, keep us posted as to the
upcoming litters and breedings you have in the works if
you would...And a PIC OF TORO would be wonderful for
the club pic..though just a
thought...

Tasha
Hello everybody this is Luis of Wolfpack Kennels.
I would to welcome all of you and thank you for
joining my club. I see everyone has found themselfves at
home. I would like to encourage everyone to post links
and photos and most of all enjoy your time here in
the Pack.
Hi all. I just finished posting pics of TP and
some of her friends in my album. Check them out. I
truly enjoy looking at everyone's pics, so get them
posted.
Yes, Luis does have a fine kennel and very
handsome dogs! Lady R, you do, to.
Cyndie and TP
I know Luis is busy, with the dogs and
all...
But let me just say that he has some boneafide
awesome dogs! You need to check out his website sometime
and take a 'look see' at Toro, his main
stud!

Anyhow...I am still trying to decide what adult bitch would
be best for the foundation of my kennel. I've owned
my stud for a year, he is everything I want in a
male and more. I grew up raising and breeding dogs,
(Aussies, not pit bulls), and want to avoid alot of the
mistakes my mother made with her Australian Shephards.
Basically I want to chose the right kind of bitch to
compliment his physique, and vice versa.
UKC conformation
is very stringent...I am no perfectionist, but want
to do things correctly....

Anyhow, enough
blabbering. Hope that Luis can make this club a reflection of
his Kennel- a superb place for true pit loving people
to talk and share.

Tasha
China is just tooooo cute! TP sends a lick, wag, and woof! I have a female
Umbrella Cockatoo named China. You can see my baby in my profile photo.
Enjoy the club.
Cyndie and TP
Luis, I don't know why it kept saing I was a
guest, when the member list had me and my club list had
this on my list. I wrote to Yahoo about it, tho.
TP
and I thank you for the invitation. Hope everyone had
a good Easter. TP got some huge, meaty lamb bones
from my aunt. She was a happy pup. Talk to you all
later.
Cyndie and TP
