The focus of this list is the discussion of the English Shepherd as a working stockdog.

The goals are:
(1) To provide a support group for those working and learning to work with their English Shepherds.

(2) Understanding the English Shepherd strengths as a working stockdog and to develop discussion of his stockdog traits in traditional herding terms.

(3) The development of training methods best suited to the English Shepherd breed.

(4) The eventual development of working stock test(s) customized to this breed to assess and further develop instinct, ability and the breeding of talented working English Shepherds.

This is a focused list. There will be some limited tolerance for off-topic but related posts.
