I got fish when I was young and they have grown rather big now(about 4
iches long including their tails) and they live in a tank. I couldn't
manage to clean a tank that was any heavier than this one, I can only
barely manage it, but they look huge in it and have no space to swim.
I would like them to have a better quality of life, an aquarium is
not really a practical option for me but I have a friend with a pond
and would like to give them to her to put in her pond. Anyway, does
anybody know if this is ok to do? after spending years in a tank will
they be able to cope with lower temperatures etc? thanks.
